Hi guys.
I just bought a media player, the SMP-N100. I love Sony's design and despite the lack of formats I decided to get this. Everything else was too ugly and I like sony''s interface and remote capabilities, I have other sony products so for me this is a big plus, the iPhone App is also nice.
I've been trying to upgrade the system firmware as instructed by the player. I get a network erroe saying that the gateway is not respondng. It makes no sense to me. I'm watching Youtube playlists with no issues, I checked other services and they are active as well, no idea why this is happening, any help?
I also can't see Sony BIV or Qriocity, or Lovemovies.com or for that matter any widget at all!!! No facebook, no news, no twitter. Very bad.. This I paid for and I'm not getting, is it because of the upgrade not happening and my firmware doesn't have this things?
I am in Russia, I know there are way less services available here, but I saw the video in the russian site, in russia of whatthis offers and it offers much more, at leas some other channels, BIV and the WIDGETS, they don't exist at all in my player.
By they way, I registered with Sony and the only thing that gave me was the Berlin Filarmoniker.
