Brand new TV (model KDL 40WEG63, with latest soft ware). When trying to use ITV Hub, first segment of programme works fine, then when ad brake has finished, screen goes blank and cannot be reactivated. Have to press HOME again or RETURN a couple of times, then log back in to ITV Hub, then Programme will start at beginning.
It would appear, as it only happen on streaming with ITV hub there could be a software problem.
