When i press anywhere on my touch screen shows that rectangles. When i want to unlock it or scroll down shows first this rectangle and the i have to swipe with two fingers to unlock! When i want to press a button it shows again this rectangle an d then i have to press two times to press it.

Do you have any development options enabled?
Check if you have something called Development options under Settings. If yes click it and turn it off.
If you do not have dev options in your settings menu try booting your phone in safe mode to see if this may be caused by any installed application.

No have disable the developer settings and restarted the phone but nothing.

This is strange,it sees the outline for widgets,buttons etc.I suggest you try a software repair.

Yes,it means an application will reinstall software on your Xperia M.You have to backup your files because it will erase internal memory:
