I've a message "Capacity for NFC services full" popping up.

I have NFC turned off and I've cleared cache. I don't have any bank app.

HOW TO FIX IT ??????????

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this caused by one of your downloaded apps.
