Hi there, just brought the Str-dn1040 but see no detail how to get the sony remote to control my tv ? or sky ? can this happen ?seems i have a lot of redundent buttons otherwise
As far as I believe the remote for the DN1040 is not a programmable remote control. You may be able to get certain functions to work via HDMI-CEC functions (Bravia Sync for Sony TV's, Control for HDMI, etc)
