Prime Video gone on UBPX700

Tried to sign into Prime on the UBPX700 and it has been terminated on ALL Sony players! I received zero notification of this and even purchased UHD from their library which I now cannot access.

Why has this happened? Amazon not very helpful either... Offered me £5 off a Fire stick... What happens now?

The UBP-X700 does not appear on the list of terminated Prime support for older Sony products (2010-2013). Have you checked that you are running the latest firmware?

I just checked on my UBP-X800 and it went into Prime Video with zero problems. Where did you see that it has been terminated on ALL Sony players!?
