After the latest FW update I cant use the streaming services Spotify and Chromecast. All other Chromecast and Spotify Connect devices on the network works like normal. (inc. other Sony devices..) Anyone that have a solution? At the moment I have connected a Chromecast Audio to the receiver, however that device is needed elsewhere ... 😐

Hi pirayan, try a simple power reset (unplugging everything and disconnecting from the mains). Try restarting your router as well.

Do you see any error messages when you use the streaming services, or just a black screen?
It's a black screen showing a progress bar , connecting to internet content server (1/3)
Could you try to connect the amp to another network *smartphone hotspot for example?

I have 6 other Chromecast/Spotify devices including a Sony Tv that stream without any problems. I would assume that this device works just like the others ...
Hi Pirayan,
It is always better to test a different network as the amplifier works differently than the other devices. This could just function as a test. Let me know if this works out for you.
