Problem with NS400 wireless speaker

Hi,

I can't get the 'Play To' to work for the NS400 speaker on WIndows 7.

Sony told me it was the router- so I asked on Sky- see here - http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Broadband-Setup-Cabling/Sony-Wireless-Speaker/td-p/274773 but got nothing from that so asking the Sony forum.

It works via ethernet but not when cable removed.

We love the sound of it but want it wireless.

Is this forum ever looked at by Sony people or just for show?

Occasionally Sony staff may pop by but mostly this is a self help user forum & that the people who generally respond to post on these forums are not Sony employees..
