LIP8 rechargeable battery not charging! Help!

I cannot find a replacement for the above, any ideas where I can get one or a suitable alternative?

If you Google for 'LIP8' or 'LIP-8' you will be inundated with hits for 'compatible' replacements.

I don't think you will find a genuine Sony replacement so you may have to pick one of the bunch and go for it.
