When I try to turn the sound up or down, using the button on my remote control, it only moves the sound up or down one 'notch'. ie if I keep my finger pressed on the button, the volume does not climb up to full volume or down to no sound, in one smooth operation. It is like I can only adjust the volume in single increments. This is a new problem that started today - whilst I have been trying to get rid of the new accessibility sound description (on ITVX). I think I may have inadvertently pressed a button that has altered the setting for the volume control function button. Sorry if that isn't a good description - I am not particularly tech savvy in my mid 70s! Any help gratefully accepted please?
