Hi,
I just logged onto my account at sony.co.uk and it prompted me to upgrade my account.
I noticed I could see any of my registered products (registered at least 2 TVs and a PS5 in the last 2 years).
I registered a TV I purchased this week and that doesn't even show after entering the details.
Any ideas who to report this to?
Will they appear at some point?

I'm having the same issue - no TV, no high end HD walkman, no streamer, no mobile phone - everything gone. I have confirmation emails from the past that the various registrations went through. Can't believe Sony can't get this right.
