Late delivery and unresponsive support from Sony store

I placed an order for sound bar 2 weeks ago from official Sony store. Now radio silence from both Sony and delivery company. No response from either despite repeated messages to their support portal.

Anyone had this experience too? Flabbergasted to receive such poor support from Sony on this!!

Have you had any response from Sony? I am experiencing the same issue - package was apparently shipped but courier claiming they are not yet in receipt of the package!
