I’ve had this TV for 3 months and have experienced continual problems with antenna reception.
I have a new Aerial ,a booster and filter installed.The aerial engineer has tested twice and all channels should be constantly available.
The TV will suddenly drop a batch of channels.Sometimes HD channels and later non HD.
A reset will bring the channels back but not always.
Fast coming to the conclusion there is a problem with the TV.Any one else experiencing this or have theory on what is occurring here?
Hey stbromf54, please follow the sequence below, and test after each step:
-Unplug the TV from the mains for two minutes while disconnecting any external devices, including the aerial.

-Unplug the TV, remove the aerial, tune the TV while the aerial is out. You won't get any channels.
Repeat the step while connecting the aerial, then restart your TV.

-If possible, test the aerial with another TV.
