I've purchased a new PRS-650 reader and am trying to register on My Sony to include with other already registered products and to take advantage of free classic books offer.
When I click on register product and complete all the fields, it says model is invalid or already registered. Model is correct and under My Products it isn't listed.
I try to send an email to Support and I'm asked to log on again only when I try to log on it says my username or password are incorrect although I'm already logged on.
Any suggestions?
