I've been trying for two days to download a book I borrowed from the library onto my PRS-350 Reader. It has been saying it's syncing a book that's already there, and has listed several lines of 'downloading' and 'transferring files'. The status circle is going round and round, but nothing is happening next to the circles on this list, and there is an X next to each one. I have managed to download books in the past; I don't know what's wrong now. I have followed all the instructions. Please help. I have a Mac.
