Hello,
While trying to create an account to be able to use ReaderStore, a message came up "there are problems with the security certificate for this site. This certificate is not from a trusted authority". Viewing authority issued to "lu.ebookstore.sony.com", issued by "VeriSign class 3 International server CA-G3". Until I am confident of this site I will not be creating my account.

Hello again,
I have received a message from Sony support to say that the ReaderStore for the T1 will not be available for some weeks. And not to try and set up an account at the moment. Not what I wanted to hear. Disappointed.

Hello,
I went to the local Sony Centre after Christmas (A franchise) and was told that no date has yet been given for the ReaderStore to become operational. They have been refunding those that bought the T1 from them. I have connected mine to Linux, used Calibre as ebook manager, and used GoogleBooks and my local library to download content. It appears to be 'make your own arrangements'. Are Sony suffering the same management problems as Olympus? We are now in the third week of January 2012, when will the store be up and running?

Only thing I can find out via Google is the statem, ent that "lu.ebookstore.sony.com is not on any blacklist" which frankly doesn't impress, or sadly, help much.
Unless anyone can help, Support may be the answer.
I'll have a further nose around though.
Aparently it would seem to be in the sony domain, but no-one knows anything about it !
Curioser and curioser - it should apparentlty be " iu " not "lu" and it's something to do with a joint collaberation by Sony with Indiana University . No more than that at the moment - I can't get any sense out of it, but it isn't talking to anyone, anyway, it's not just you !
