Reader Software for the PRS650, anyone else have problems?

I received a PRS650 for xmas and installed the SW to be able to enjoy my new gadget. Ive not been able to use the SW as i click on any of the categories and then the SW becomes 'non responsive'. Im a techie guy and ive not been able to get it to work. Expected better from Sony.

Didn't have any problems with s/ware, or d/loading books - it was getting them from one to the other that caused the angst !

Once that was sorted, I've loved it.

We all expected better from Sony.

Try Calibre Library Management software, it's free and works well with my PRS350.

I expected better as well.

No problems with the downloading or getting them from the PC to the ereader but am having problems with the supposed ability to take a 32G SD card!
