Reader Region Change?

I received a US/ Canadian PRS-T2 for Christmas, but am from and will be using it in the UK. The setup doesn't list UK as a region option, so I'm wondering if the firmware is for US/ Canada only. If I set it up for the US, will it be a problem if I try to purchase and download books in the UK? If so, is it possible to change the firmware to a UK version?

If there's no Edit-Preferences .. facility in the Reader set-up, I think you may in trouble - if so, try buying a book, Save to File, then install Calibre (free)  and try adding from the download you have saved. Don't see why it shouldn't off hand .....

But a real techman will probably have a simple answer ....
