To my knowledge no - it seems all readers have the same mix of 10/12 mlanguages - although I presume the Japanese have their own ?
Without "rooting" I don't think there is any way of installing one, not to use within the normal "built in" facility.
There is, of course, nothing to stop you downloading a dictionary in any language that's available digitally, just as you would a book.
