Does anyone else have this problem?

I received an email offering me a free cover for my reader.  I rang the number, and after 10 minutes of listening to the ringing tone, I was connected to a modem.  Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes I had problems getting through than when I did get through I was given this number to phone 01379 649499
