can't download from kobobooks to my PRS T1

I can't download books from kobobook.com. I'm based in Europe. American users seem to do this without any difficulties. It is my location that is the problem??

I'm having problems with Kobo too. I seemed to be ok when it was WHSmith!

What is the registration requirement? Did that change with the change to Kobo?

I'm just curious on what error message that you are getting. Everything seems to be working fine right here. https://imagicon.info/cat/12-13/vmware_happy.gif

10/4/12  I'm having this problem too while I'm on holiday in Belgium. books downloaded OK before I left home in the UK, but I can't get it to work here. No idea why. I phoned Kobo support, but they weren't helpful.

11/04/12 I tried Feedbooks last night and downloaded 2 books with no problem. Still can't download the books in Kobo's ' My Library' they either don't do anything or I get a page of numbers, letters and symbols. Going back to the UK tomorrow evening so I'll report back when I get home.

14/04/12  I'm now home and downloaded all but one book with no problem. Can't work out why there's a problem with that one but the others are OK, Kobo support suggested downloading Adobe Digital Editions but as a recent edition is already on my reader I can't see why this would be necessary. Wish I'd thought to play with the country settings on the reader while I was in Belgium. It would be worth looking at this.
