Yes, I have had the same problem when synchronising, and ended up with each note showing up to five times. It is a bit of a bind having to delete all the duplicated ones, especially have you have a lot of notes. I don't know why this happens, and unfortunately have not been able to resolve this issue without deleting all the notes altogether, which defeats the whole object of having and using them.
