Trying to fix my Dads phone for him. It is bootlooping and now has gone completely flat. I want to try repair it using sony companion, however it won't charge.
The red led comes on when I plug it in but then it starts repeatedly vibrating and looping between the sony xperia screen and the red battery logo so doesn't charge.
If I hold down the off button with a pen it stops it, but only while I am holding it down.
Any thoughts?
