Xperia E3 - Not able to move apps from internal memory to SD card.

Hi, I am unable to my apps from internal memory to SD card in my xperia E3 dual. I can see memory size in SD card as 1.72GB in Settings>Apps. But i have inserted 16 GB memory card in my mobile. More than 3 GB is free space also available in my SD card. Pls suggest me some ideas to resolve this problem.

It's not a Sony issue, Android no longer support this feature (apps to sd), it hasn't for a while. Keep in mind that this forum is for us, users, to help each other, if you want to let Sony know what you think/feel about this, you should contact them directly

Yeah i think it is a sony issue

to sell a phone  with 4gb of internal storage and then only have 1.75gb space usable

which once the vendor has put the usually c##p on

you as the consumer have only 1.22gb ........

its useless.....

sure it can make calls

and play music

and videos...... from the consumer purchased ext sd card

looks great and great price...

but download a handfull of apps and your stuck.....

space is full and nothing you can do about it....apart from take the phone back...

its like a car manufacturey making a car in 2015, selling it and then denouncing any responsibility when the customers moan it only goes 30 mph.....

"thats just what it does....30 mph....you should of read the spec"

so we as the consumers in 2015 are expecting a little too much...if we want our smart phones to run a few games or apps.... we need to keep it to a limit of about 10...!  otherwise the memory is full

Maybe what happend is Sony never expected google to stop apps from running from sd cards.......

"well knock out a few handsets with really low storage and let the consumers buy a big memory card and run all there apps from there..."

says Mr Sony...

"brilliant idea...it will save sony a fortune...."

next week google move the goalposts..

"oh s##t "says Mr sony...

"quick get the e4 out and make sure its got more storage..... "

Have recently bought this phone. I wasn't told about the lack of storage on the internal memory.
I invested in an SD card so have manged to transfer a couple of Apps over to it, I have also cleared any unnecessary data on the phone but have no room to update any of my apps that Google play is asking me to update.
Is there anyway to move the apps that were already installed on the phone to my SD card? Or am I just going to have to take my phone back to the store in which I bought it and get something else?. The lack of storage is a problem for me as I've only managed to download around 4 apps that I use.. But like I said, I can't update any of them. Seems silly to have such a good phone with bad storage!
I want to delete the pre-installed apps or simple move them to my SD card.. Can I do this? Or shall I just take it back?..

SONY must solve this problem. When i boght the phone, i did not ask for an Android 4.4.4 Kit Kat OS, i bought the smartphone, with the expectation to use the 16GB of SD card. It is not a costumer problem. When the product is at the market nobody says these limitations to the costumers. So now we claim for an official solution!

OMG Anguished_Face i saw this today. When I go to settings and try to move apps to sdcard it says "Couldn't move app" despite empty card. (Android 4.4.4). Please do something. I just want that no space notification to go. It looks so ew Crying_Face Do something , Do something, Do something Folded_Hands

Horrible horrible phone, bloated with unwanted apps. Not even enough space to update the existing apps.
