Won't turn on

My Xperia E5 is turned off and it no longer Lights, it was not due to battery failure, and when connected to the charger alone Turn on the red led light

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend that you try and force restart your device. To do so press and hold the volume up and the on/off key for 120 seconds, then try charging your device for at least 30 minutes then see if it starts.

I'd also suggest that you try and temporarily remove any SD- and SIM-card from the device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

If the phone still won't boot up I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center.
