Compared to my previous Huawei P8 Lite, this Sony Xperia E5 it's not swift in It's overall use, the camera is not focusing anymore (and I give a lot of importance to a good camera in the smartphone) and I can see there are a lot of complaints about the product. I have chosen Sony because I wanted to pair my smartphone with my Sony camera but now I wont since the phone isn't reliable. How Sony expects costumers to jump to the higher Sony smartphone line if the medium doesn't make us trust it?
I will go tomorrow to customer service in El Corte Inglés in Plaza Callao, Madrid, to ask for a change, technical support and use the guarantee.

Hi, I'm Italian and bought this phone in November 2016, I share your thoughts. The huawei phone bought in 2012 lasted 5 years. The sony phone is already k.o. . For a week I can not charge this phone again, and the most annoying thing is that the phone does not stay on when the charge is 2 or 3%. For a few days it was possible to charge the phone to 20% by leaving it connected all night, today it is no longer possible. The charging light is on and the display indicates that it is charging, but the percentage remains zero. The phone stays off, even at 2-3%, and this has always done it, a very annoying thing. I will lose all the data in my phone and I'm really angry. I will never buy more sony again. I had sony's confidence and I was wrong. Another consideration: the quality of the photos despite the 13 mega pixel is really low.
That's the first thing I've done and El Corte Inglés told me they would send to Sony Spain and that the process will take at least 15 days. Either the answer is possitive or negative. And that they wouldn't replace the phone in that period. Nor Sony or El Corte Inglés. I just want a fine camera and not to be disconnected for 15 days.
