SONY E4 CHARGER PROBLEM

When i plug the charger without battery phone automatically but when i insert the battery and plug the charger its not charging please tell me the solution

Unfortunately it sounds like there is a hardware issue here, I would suggest contacting Local support so they can arrange an assessment and repair for you.
