I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you try to force your device to shut down. To do so;

• Remove the back cover
• Press and hold down the OFF button (see the picture bellow for exact location) using the tip of a pen or a similar object. The device turns off automatically. Note that you should not use a sharp object that could damage the OFF button.

I'd also recommend that you try to temporarily remove any SIM and SD card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

If you are still unable to restart your device I recommend that you try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
