I have a very big problem. my experia E5 turns off by itself, and turns very hot, and i can not turn it on... I live it charging long time to see if it turns on, and nothing. this happens every month. by the sellers who atteneded me, they dont want to value my guarranty, I have to pay my service for two years. this problem happens more often when i use my camera. its very very hard to turn it on, and this dont receives charge, what can i do. I live in Mexico... please help me, cause I have 7 months with this mad, and the office where I got my phone they dont want to respond or do nothing about this.
