I'm sorry to hear this.
I recommend that you try to force reset your device. To do so, press and hold the volume up and on/off key down simultaneously for at least 10 seconds or until the devices vibrates. Then try charging your device for at least 30 minutes.
You can also try to temporarily remove any SIM and SD card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.
