I am not allowed to connect to a WIFI

Hello, some time ago the phone started to fail, when I tried to connect to WIFI in the Settings, I was not allowed to activate the "WIFI" option, when I gave it the tab in YES to activate but not activated, at first I turned off the phone but now I can not even activate the WIFI to see my network and connect to it, I hope someone understood me and can help me with my problem, thanks.

Can you start your phone in safe mode and see if you can activate and connect to wifi while in safe mode.

Next I would suggest trying a software repair using Xperia Companion.

I already do the software repair on the phone and still it does not let me connect to a WIFI, I get the same problem, I can not even connect to BlueTooth.

In that case it does sound like this could be a hardware issue, I would suggest getting in contact with you Local support and they will be able to assist in getting your handset booked in and repaired.
