I have had a sudden burst of errors on my Sony Xperia E4 out of nowhere; I looked up each one but found that I couldn't get rid of any of them individually so I'm not sure if this is because they have something to do with each other, and I couldn't find any other person with the same errors, so I thought it would be best to ask here.
I did nothing on my phone (haven't installed any new apps in weeks, haven't deleted or force stopped anything, etc...) until I went to check my Facebook messages, the phone gave the "Unfortunately, Messenger has stopped" error, and then suddenly lots of others came in saying the same thing for pretty much every app, one after the other.
These errors appeared when I tried to open any other app, and then when I went back to the home page, Xperia Home stopped and the phone got stuck in an infinite loop as I couldn't navigate away because of the flickering error message.
I restarted and found that I am also getting the "Unfortunately, the process com.android.acore has stopped" error as well as the "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped". "The Google Play Services has stopped. Send data?" error comes up as well.
Disabling the Google Services Framework app stops the google.process.gapps error, but errors for every app stopping still flood the screen after a few seconds, and I haven't found a way to stop the android.acore error.
I have found that sometimes as the errors are piling up the phone will restart then get stuck in an infinite bootup loop.
I cannot open the phone in recovery mode; it goes straight to normal bootup when I hold down the buttons that should bring it up.
Clearing caches and retarting app preferences does nothing, and I cannot try the update all app option from the Google Play store as after restarting it takes about 10 seconds for the errors to start coming in and the store shuts down.
Again, I couldn't find anyone that had all these errors at once, so I wanted to know if they were all linked to one thing, but if not I simply don't know what to do becase I can't get rid of one since the other persists and makes the phone unusable. A factory reset is my last option because I have bus tickets stored on my phone that I need to get to college, and don't have the money to pay for a new one as I just bought it this morning to last the week.
