Hi @r27, sorry to hear about your Xperia E3 not turning on. 
Have you tried charging your device for at least 3 hours using the cable and wall mounted charger that was included together with your device?
You can also try forcing a shutdown by holding down the OFF button on the back of the device pressed with the tip of a pen.
