Can't power on unless connected to a charger

I have an issue about my phone's battery.I have charged the phone everyday to 100% and I used it normally but something gone wrong.My phone suddenly turned black and the screen show the figure with red battery(when my phone battery got about 90-80%),then when I charged it suddenly rise up to(80-90%).but still I cant open the phone when it's not charged.this issue annoyed me a lot cause I need to carry phone charger any place to use my phone to not let my phone die out of battery.i hope company can give good solution to this issue or have a good explanation.Thanks.

Hi @TakaETSavior, I'm very sorry to hear about this.

I recommend that you try the so called "2 minute restart" method, then charge the device for a couple of hours before you try to power it on again.

To force a 2-minute restart

1. Remove the back cover.
2. Using the tip of a pen or similar object, press and hold down the OFF button for 120 seconds, ignoring any vibrations, and then release the OFF button.
3. Charge the device until a charging icon appears on the screen.
4. Turn on your Xperia™ device.

If this does not help I'm afraid your device is in need of repair. Your Local support team can provide you with more information on how to proceed with this if need be.
