Shutter button is half pressed (=focusing) all the time. All other buttons are okay.
I bought my RX100M4 on my vacation in Thailand 11 months ago.
The seller (Sony Store) told me that Sony products have worldwide warranty. That was one of the reasons I bought this camera when on vacation. I realized that my Sony warranty in Europe is not valid because I did not get TOURIST LIMITED WARRANTY card from the seller.
How is this possible? How can they sell a product to tourist with no warranty?
Did someone have the same problem? How did you solve it?
Sony Czech Republic is no help. They just said they are sorry.
I spent around 1000 USD for this camera.
