Sony DSC-RX100M5 versa Sony DSC-HX50V

The clear one is taken by DSC-HX50V and the blurry one by Sony DSC-RX100M5.

Thought Sony DSC-RX100M5 should be better... Anyone who is able to tell me how to set up Sony DSC-RX100M5 to get the same, or better, quality than the DSC-HX50V?
