My DSC-HX9V will not recognise that a battery is fully charged. I've used a Sony original NP-BG1 battery, alternating with a compatible battery in the camera for about 18 months with no problems. But now when the batteries are freshly charged and measured at 3.6 volts the green power light will flash and the battery symbol shows empty. Shortly afterwards the camera shuts down. I've since tried two new batteries in the camera but the camera still cannot recognise that they are charged.
Can anyone suggest how to solve this?
