Sony Handycam shutter count

Hi all,

Is there any built-in meter or counter or whatever in the Sony Handycams, like FDX AX53.

Not shutter count as I said in the title, because that is for DSLR. But something similar. Power-on counter, or cumulative recording time counter or such things ?

How can I judge or guess the usage of a used handycam ?

Hi Sean,

Yes, that is what I have. I wanna sell it and I want to prove that it was barely used just a little bit.

Recording time could be about 30 minutes or so. It was switched on about 10 times or less. But its about 1 year old. I need to prove this if I want to get a good price for it. Obviously its worth much more than overused half year old cameras.

ps: I said HandyCam, because I think if there is something that is common in AX53,AX100,AX33 ... so on
