sony handycam dcr-sr55 usb problem

Hi all, I have a sony handycam dcr-sr55 and I can`t download my videos/photos using my usb cable, I tried different cables, pc's, OS, etc, etc, does anyone knows what could be happening?, thanks

You could also try switching the camera's USB mode between Mass Storage and PTP, see if that helps.
