I registered my product on this website (Camcorder HDR-CX550VE) and then thought I was going to be offered information and products related to my camcorder but no!
Instead I just get the following message:
"Product description not available in the country and/or language you selected"
I am sure I haven't bought a strange foreign import buying direct from Amazon UK??
Country is set to UK and language appears to be English but I haven't been offered a way to change that (I assume there is a default language if you choose UK).
Shame it is not simple.
