Hi
I have a Dell lptop running Win 8.1. I have imported dozens of MPEGs from my
Handicam DCR-SR36E.
The file is there in its entirety, but when I try to play I get audio only.
In desperation I've downoaded Play Memories home, but unable to open from Media Player
Any ideas for a fix ?
