how to make pictures from video

I have a hdr cx250e, how can I take individual frames from a video to use as a picture?

Hi James

If you have PMH (Play Memories Home) installed on your computer & use it for editing your videos as I do for my A77 camera, you can take out an image from the recording. It won't be as sharp as a still taken but, nonetheless suitable.

You can download the program from the Sony site by following the instructions.
