DVD Decoder - anyone?

I've just been trying to see the "Let's enjoy video" DVD with my handycam, but I get an error message saying I need a DVD decoder to enable my XP machine to play it. I have tried various free downloads, but nothing seems to work. Anyone had this? What's the cure, please?

Hi HoraceM22,

I would download VLC Player.  This is the best free media player available and should play most formats - including your DVD.
