DCR-SX33E support for windows7 64bit

Have sony now got support for the dcr-sx33e as I've just bought one to find out that windows 7 64 bit isn't supported-WHY?

Are there any drivers to download to so that I can use my camcorder with W7 64bit OS

The first place to look should be the support page for your camcorder.  I think you will find a version 5.5.02 of PMB compatible with Windows 7 64-bit there.
