DCR SR32E

I'm trying to download content from a DCR SR32E to a macbook pro following the sony tutorial. iPhoto appears, not imovie, in order to transfer/import images, a message appears (in the iphoto window) saying that content is in a format not recognised.

How can i download???

Hi morsmith5, welcome to the Sony Forums

If iPhoto opens, just quit it. Leave the camera connected and launch iMovie. Click the camera icon (usually middle-left of your screen) and your video thumbnails should appear.
