greetings all, hope someone can help me, i'm at a dead end.

I used this card on my old xp system and all worked fine for capturing video and audio off the handycam.
I have only just got around to fitting the card in my current system, I get the video fine but simply cannot get the audio coming through. The card has a svideo plug, an av jack (yellow) and a 3.5 mm jack.
I hope someone can help and thanks for reading and any help offered
