Having installed the PMB softwear which came with the camera, Picasa now closes down after a few seconds. Upon opening Picasa I'm told "Picasa has a problem loading this video file. Would you like to hide the file on disc?" I'm then given a choice of "hide or don't hide" but whcihever is chosen Picasa then shuts down. Can anyone help please?
