Sony kd49xf8096 supports Amazon Alexa ??

 Could you pls inform me if this model supports Amazon Alexa ??

 I can't find some compatible app in my preinstalled apps...

Hi @geokor11   According to Sony this model does support Amazon Alexa. If the app has disappeared then I would try a factory reset.  It only appears on compatible models.

Good morning ,

 Recently updated my TV with the latest software release..

 Unfortunately neither after update I didn't see the Amazon App in my apps.

 Factory reset is probably a solution but I want to avoid it because I don't want to loose all my installed apps.

 Can you suggest me any other solution ??
