Hi,

We bought this TV yesterday and on a couple of occasions the screen has started flickering when using the HDMI port to watch the sky box.  This isn’t resolved by changing ports.  It seems to happen after turning the TV on or when switching between the home menu and HDMI.  The cable itself worked fine in our older TV, but could that be the issue or is the new TV likely to be faulty? Just seems unusual that it would affect all ports - but then I’m not tech savvy so any advice would be greatly appreciated before we send back a great TV ☹️

Hey Doblil, try the following:

-Unplug the TV from the mains for two minutes.

-Disconnect the HDMI cables. And any other external devices.

-Try a different high speed HDMI cable. Make sure it's compatible with HDMI 2.1.
