KDL-55W755C Reverts to Digital TV mode after 5 mins. on Netflix

KDL-55W755C Reverts to Digital TV mode after 5 mins. by itself when viewing on Netflix or any other app. Any Ideas? Support say to reset tv back to factory default. Want to avoid that.
